Presto This is the first book we read to get started. If you can get past Penn's (of Penn and Teller Magic Act) fowl language it really will teach you something you can use. He lost 100 pounds in a very short time! If you have heard about MFD (Mock Fasting Diet) this will accomplish it. Don’t get us wrong, this won’t be easy, it takes a lot of tenacity of purpose. You really have to want to lose the weight.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman is a world renowned expert on nutrition and how it affects your health. All healthy bodies (or diseases) are controlled by the gut. You want to maintain your weight once you lose it while controlling diabetes, then don’t miss this book chock filled with things you never knew.
